My Problem is that when I'm using DVD Shrink my computer now becomes extreamly slow The encoding of a movie takes almost 2 and a half hours for a movie of one and a half hour run time. It did not do that with the oldest versions.

1> Check your DMA settings.
2> Check for malware (ad-ware and virus/trojans)
3> Defragment your hard drive.

Post back if instructions to the above are needed or this didn't solve the problem.
