I have loaded DVD Shrink on my computer. Iran the program all the way up to when i hit the backup button and a few seconds passed and the program cut off. Whats wrong? need help fast.

Hello.

What other programs do you have installed? Is DVD Shrink set to burn automatically with Nero? If so, what version of Nero is installed?

If you selected the option to burn automatically with Nero or DVD Decrypter, try selecting the option to Create an ISO Image File. This will create an image file on your HDD. This ISO image file can then be burned with ImgBurn.

If the latter is successful, we will know that DVD Shrink works and there is likely a problem with a linking program or a driver.

It could also be the title. Which movie are you trying to back up?

You need to give many more details of what software, blank media, movie, burn speed, burner, etc. for any one to hazzard an intellegent guess.....

The problem you are having can also be caused by a problem w/ the structural protection on the DVD as this has been noted using Shrink. To correct that you need to run the DVD through a ripper and Rip the DVD to your HD. After that you need to run the ripped files through VobBlanker and then run the corrected files through Shrink.
