dvd shrink quality problem

every so often i run into the same probem. when i try to preview the movie in the DVD Shrink window it is choppy. this problem also affects the finished product and it is like the video cant keep up with itself. i made two backups of my silent hill movie and both turned out the same. there is nothing wrong with the original copy only the backup. has anyone else had this problem, and how do i fix it?

there are many things that will make the problem that you are talking about, first no multi tasking like no surfing stuff like that burn at 4x or less and don't use crap media use fuji tyuden or verbatium, also if you doing this from a dowmload that could be half of the problem, is it just on this movie or has it happend before? also what other programs do you have working with shrink, cuss we know shrink won't do this movie by it's self?
