DVD Shrink keeps closing

Everytime I try to back a DVD up on my computer DVD Shrink closes down. I've tried everything I can think of and my friend who installed it doesn't know why it is doing that. Can anyone help me???

DVD Shrink can't handle the newer protections on the dvds, by itself.

What other programs are u using with shrink?

here are 2 free ways to back up
This is the combo I use and all are FREEEEEEEEEEE

1. DVDFab decrypter(Free) to rip the movie to the HDD

2. VOBblanker(Free) (Not always needed) to clean and fix the movie
http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm

3. DVD shrink(free) to make it fit on a SL(4.7G) disk

4.Burn with whatever program u want (free way, ImgBurn or DVD Decrypter)

Another free method is RIPIT4ME, which uses good ole DVD Decrypter + FixVTS +Shrink or Nero Recode Programs and a guide BY Arniebear
