DAX isnt gonna make an OE for 3.10 so he'll most likely come out with a downgrader for 3.11, & subsuquently a 3.11 OE...

NOPE DOES NOT WORK I TRIED it says your system firmware is 3.11 no need to upgrede u need to not change only the name but the codeing so the psp can reconize it as 3.12 before it will work
