Both disks are singapore verbatims and I burnt it at 2.4x

Trust me
after running into that I
was told to burn at 8-10 times
the speed. So you need the verbatim
8 or 10 speed. All games work with
out the error msg

As long as you are using Verbatims made in Singapore and your dvd drive's firmware is up to date I suggest you leave the speed at AUTO. I'm pretty new to this but I've yet to make a coaster after 100 burns. :)

You don't need any kind of special drive to make a backup of a backup. It's only with original games that you have to use different methods.

When you get a read error, the drive will attempt to read the same section of the disc again. It'll repeat this until it can do so successfully, so unless there's an option in CloneCD to ignore read errors (I use ImgBurn, so I don't know about CloneCD), the game should work. If you run the image through abgx360, the CRC shouldn't match if the data is corrupt though, so you could just do that.

When I make a backup of a backup using CloneCD, the new backup fails stealth in ABGX whilst the original passes. It says the video partition doesn't match. Is there any way I can get CloneCD to create an actual full size .iso instead of seperate 1GB files, so I can check the extracted .iso on ABGX?

The newly created backup will boot and run though, on a 1.61 firmware...

If it does not pass ABGX i would not play it on live.
And i don't use clonecd but if you use it to make an image file it should make one large ISO or the like.
I have tried with dvddecrypter & get one large ISO but the same thing happens, say's a few things do not match and stealth uncertain.
But from my understanding to make an exact copy, even from a copy, you still need to do it the way you would to make a copy of an original ?
