Cant copy some dvd movies with dvd shrink

Having problems copying some dvd movies with DVD Shrink.
After I click on Back-up,it starts to read the Disc for
Few minutes,Then it stops and reads error and stops.But it will Back-up no problem with my mates computer with the same DVD Shrink.

does ur friend have AnyDVD running in the background because u need AnyDVD ripit4me combo dvdfab dvd decryptor one of these programs to burn the movies cuz of copy protection that are on alot of dvd's....dvd shrink cant handle most copy protection anymore cuz its outdated but works well with many other ripping programs.......
