I have a good computer with a functioning DVD ROM drive. I want to get a Sony DRU-510 drive to use with DVDXCOPY. Will the copy process work faster if I use the DVD ROM drive to read the DVD before the Sony 510 drive copies it?

Which drive should be designated as the Master?
