Update your firmware to B101
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2030
Are you multi-tasking?
Try to disable programs you don't need that are running in the background.
Try another burning app to see if you still have the same problem.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

You may also want to reduce your target size slightly so that you don't burn too close to the edge of the media. Burning too close to the edge causes freezes and pixelations.

Hopefully the firmware update will resolve this media problem.

PMA update failure
I am not sure what this is, but someone here will advise us. I know that when I see failure that can't be good.

Try using ONLY AnyDVD and DVDShrink if you have Nero installed DVDShrink will find it and use it to burn your discs, I think DVDShrink and DVD Decrypter are conflicting, let's see what happens, GOOD LUCK

Googled PMA update failure and found this:

http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=125958

Probably the firmware update will resolve it.

Cheers.
