anyone try the new devhook .52? supposed to emulate fw 3.03! I saw it on psp-hacks.com. I haven't heard of anyone on fw 3.03 yet. Maybe a hoax?

im running devhook 0.46 im playing gta vcs but having problems it keeps jumping and when i get to hard bits it gets worse ive changed my cpu and also converted it to cso file what am i doing wrong

help i got devhook .50 running but everytime i wanna play socom FTB2.iso ......i press start then after the black screen my psp turns off .......i got 1.5 firmware emulating 2.82 please help.........do u guys think it is because of the UMD that i have inserted??????/

i inserted a Splintercell Essetials UMD and tryed it didnt work..............still the black screen shutdown after i press circle to start...............can u guys gimme the settings for Socomftb2.iso .....i think thats the problem

so i have recently downgraded my psp from 2.8 to 1.5 with no problems... so it seems i have a 4gb ms and a 2g ms ive put on all the mods ive wanted and my only problem is devhook. i can run the program fine but when i go to load a iso the screen turns black and shuts off after 5 secs or so. the weird thing is if i put either one of my mem sticks in my friends identical psp everthing works fine

please please help me

Right here we go, i'm trying to do this devhook .51 thingy (using 3.01) blah blah blah.. all went well went back to the psp went along to the start up of devhook installer and it gives me a nasty message saying: 'This game cannot be started. The data is corrupted.'

I've done everything properly and to make sure i did I did the hole thing from scratch 3 times and still getting the same message.

What Do I do???

P.S. My PSP is ver. 2.81!!

Hi,

Sorry to sound like such a n00b but I am really confused. What does devhook actually do? (I have tried searching but theres so many results it is hard to know which ones to try!). Say a version of devhook came out that works on 2.81 firmware, would this allow you to play homebrew aps? Or is it for 1.5 units and allows them to appear as if they are 2.81 to be able to play games that require that firmware version? Some straight answers would be really helpful.

clearly talking devhook is a homebrew soft tht emulates ISOs and system softwares(as u said "Or is it for 1.5 units and allows them to appear as if they are 2.81 to be able to play games that require that firmware version?"ans yes)and devhook need psp fireware 1.5/2.71se/2.71 or 3.02OE(i never used it in OE anyways)!!wish this info helped and if need any thing more to know just ask!!! :)

i have the new devhook 0.52 with 3.03 on my psp 1.5 firmware.
when you start devhook it give you PSP Enterianment screen.

can i make it like this on this clip( i bleived it called x-flash bleach gameboot)
