DVD Shrink running slow

I have used DVD Shrink for 10 months with no problems and now it takes about 1 1/2 hours to upload the movie to my hard drive? Everything else and all other programs seem to be working fine.

Anysuggestions on how to fix this problem? Thank You SO MUCH if you could help!

your drives probably got into PIO mode where as they need to be in DMA mode. you can fix that in device manager or use this guide

Open DVD Shrink click on Edit, In the drop down box click preferences.
Make sure the box which says RUN ANALYSIS AND BACK UP IN LOW PRIORITY MODE TO IMPROVE MULTI TASKING IS NOT TICKED.If you find that it is ticked then untick the box. Hope this helps?
