Will using DVDFAB express be able to backup ANY DVD With shink?

DVDFAB express, which is now part of DVDFab Gold, should be able to backup just about any DVD as long as you keep it upto date.

i've not heard of DVDFab Express but DVDFab Decrypter (free) can indeed backup any dvd out there

Fengtao offered three DVD copy software packages:

DVDFab Platinum
DVDFab Gold
DVDFab Express

As well as the free version DVDFab Decrypter, which is well known here.

DVDFab Express is nolonger offered as a standalone product, but is now offered as part of the DVDFab Gold package. latino209 may have to upgrade to the Gold package in order to get free updates/support as stated here: http://www.dvdidle.com/dvd-fab-express.htm

All of them DVDFAB Decrypter, Platinum and Express has the same ripper (engine), except Platinum has more features only.

DVDFAB Decrypter is one of the best FREE ripper at the moment in my opinion, beside RipIt4Me.
