eMule and ROUTER trouble - LOWID

Having had LOWID for the last week and noone offering any solutions other than the blindingly obvious - i.e. turn off XP firewall and make sure router is configured to forward ports correctly - I nearly gave up...

However I've just changed the default ports from 4662 (TCP) and 4672 (UDP) to 8669 (TCP) and 8670 (UDP) in eMule v0.29c and set the ports up to be forwarded via my router and bingo!! I've now got HIGHID....

Don't know why this worked for me - but it might also work for you??? Let me know!
