Your drives look fine but it can't hurt to go ahead and uninstall the ide channels then reboot and let windows do it's thing and reinstall. Here's a guide.
Since Shrink hasn't had a update for over 2 years (except for a tweak for ImgBurn) where did you get an update for it?
Anything else change pc wise
Other things to do (need to do on a regular basis if you aren't already):
°virus and spyware scan
°run a registry cleaner like ccleaner. Use the cleaner & issues options.
°disc defrag
hi, i was having trouble with DVD Shrink for nearly 6 mths, it was lagging and it took nearly 3 times longer to encode and burn, after much frustration of trying to figure out the problem, deleting this and that, checking dma modes, system restores, defrags, registry cleaners,i even re-installed windows, and still the problem was there, untill one day i thought to turn my anti virus off while useing shrink, and to my surprise, the problem was solved. It turned out when i updated my VET anti virus the new version conflicts somehow with shrink, so maybe this might be the problem.
