Hi Guys,

I recently bought a PS3. When I tried to link it up with my Benq HD LCDTV (model DV3250)using a DVI cable I did not get any image on my TV screen. However when I use a normal Audio Video Cable (Red/Yellow/White cable) it works but the resolution I get is 480i (I think that's what it says). So even after spending C$750, I still can't get a quality picture. What are your opinions and is there a way out ???? Thanks guys...

yeah you have to plug in the hdmi cable and the red yellow and white cable then turn on the ps3 but have it on the red yellow and white so you can see it then go to settings and change the display to hdmi then you can put the tv on hdmi and it should be there

Thanks for your reply ...but that's where the problem is....I have checked the setting on the Playstation 3 screen menu and I cant get it to go beyond 480i even after using both the wires....So my question remains the same...
