There are none,and there won't be any for years to come...
For an emulator to run succesfully,the hardware your running it on has to be around 6x + better than the ps3's...that means 4gb ram gpu's,etc etc,maybe like a 20core cpu etc,you need that to play it,and besides the fact that it will be years before those products are released,it bill be hella hard to program a ps3 emulator,sony had hired so many people and they still ahve not yet succesfully made a ps2 emulator,that's why a ps3 has a ps2 in it...
