just put Nero 7 on my computer now my shrink will not goto back up window please help .

Need more info to further assist you. Out of curiosity, what's the title of the movie? What tool did you ripped the movie with prior to import it to DVD Shrink? Keep in mind that nowadays DVD Shrink alone can not handle newer released, so you'll need DVDFab Decrypter or RipIt4Me (both FREE and easy to follow).

Worst case scesnario, uninstall both and reinstall them back on. I recommend using Nero's CleanTool to uninstall Nero.
