PS3 won't read my Jumpdrive??

Man, i can't seem to get my PS3 to recognize my jumpdrive.. I have around 400 songs i was trying to transfer over the PS3 with no success, now my laptop recognizes the drive and all the music files.. Is there a certain way the Jumpdrive needs to be formatted?? Thanks in advance....

does your ps3 recognize hte drive but you cant see the music or does thie drive not show up at all?

It recognizes the drive but not the music??

i see i think the prob it thatw ehn u go to music and under the USB ou see nothing if so press triangle on the usb and press show all i think

ye or put your music in a folder called MUSIC which is in hte folder PS3 , which is in the root of your mem stick
