In the Command Prompt, type 'ipconfig /release' (no quotations)

Type this in internet explorer, Firefox, whatever...
ftp://xbox:xbox@ (192.168.0.02) no spaces, between, and change the bracketed numbers to your IP.. and just use the explorer, or firefix, those crappy FTP Programs you PAY for or use TRIALS of, are much slower... TRUST ME, AND BOW DOWN!! :P
Guess what 99% of the time IE will throw "Unable to connect to <ip address> errors. Want to reset all your network and struggle to get back on the internet? Type ipconfig/release at a command prompt and corrupt your hosts file.
