uk, just thought id ask as i found them to be really funny when i went to pick my wii up on launch it was like they didnt want to give me it.i know im in the first 5 people to pre order the ps3 from them but does this get me one on launch day whenever that may be?they even tryed to put me off the ps3 (a year after i put my deposit down)and get me to buy an xbox360

I would say about 400-500,000 that is because that is what the US got tho!

@ domreis-NA only saw 300 000 on launch. i think all of europe will prob get 500 000 on launch, not exclusively the uk. however, the uk will (probably) get the most

The us got 400,000 units, 300,000 60GB 100,000 20GB!

In Phoenix, AZ I was at a circuitcity and I asked if they had any more PS3's jokingly and they must of had 50 sitting on a rack. I was tempted but I will wait for...you know what....how to make backups.

Yes yes... I don't think you will be makin backups with the PS3, I do in fact know tht you soon will be able to save games on your PS3 hard drive!

well that sounds good as when i pre ordered my ps2 back then uk only got 50,000 and i was lucky to get one.and then you had to wait for a leeter from sony so you could go pick it up.will they do the same thing with ps3?
