Hello there, I'm really a newbee with DVD Shrink and, of course, I've a problem....
When I push "backup" the program thinks a few seconds then just exits!
I tried removing and reinstalling, but nothing?
Can you help me?

Two things come to mind based on what you're experiencing.
1) This can happen when using the shrink/Nero combo, if you have shrink setup to autoburn to disk using Nero, try unchecking burn with with Nero in shrink's preferences and burn the files to disk manually.

2) This could be due to an encryption issue that shrink can handle, if this is the case then there are other option (some free) to get your backup.
Try ripping with DVDFab decrypter (free), once it's done, open the files using shrink and use it as you normally would.
