Can't use shrink on Scrubs Season 4

I'm trying to backup scrubs season 4 disk 1, i havn't tried disk 2 or 3 yet. Anyway DVD Shrink can anlyze it but when i press backup it constantly locks up at 2 percent. doesn't give any warnings or errors. just locks up.

So i've tried ripping it with dvd decryptor both as an iso and VOB folder - both have been succesful - but then when I try to shrink the iso file since it is 8.30 gb's. It always locks up at about 82% giving a cycle redundant error. When I try to backup the VOB folder it says there is a problem with a VOB folder or DVD Shrink doesn't recognize this folder.

Anyone have any ideas?

oh for the VOB file it says exactly this "invalid data in the file vts_01_1.vob

using that FixVTS program helped. problem solved, so far that I can tell.
