I have a problem w/DVD Shrink. It will not read any discs. Keep receiving the message that DVD Shrink is not ready. No disc in drive. I have restored my PC but I still receive this message.

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program


also make sure you have the latest firmware for your drive

can you please tell us what other programs you have installed on your system (mainly DVD or CD software)? Also has Shrink worked before on your system?
