Well, I'm new to this, but I've been doing a lotof research on this. From what I hear, if you download UMD ISOs you'll need to downgrade your PSP to version 1.0 to 1.5 to play it. Whatever you do, don't update your PSP to 3.10 (that's what I did without knowing, and now I'm waiting for a response to my thread). But some games might work such as when you try demos, you create a seperate folder in your Memory Stick>PSP>GAMES> to whatever your folder is called. For example when you download the demo Killzone Liberation you create a folder called UCES00279 and put killzone's EBOOT.PBP in there. So if you do download a game you can put it in the Games section and get the folder's name and put your EBOOT.PBP for that game in there. If you don't know what your folder's name is here's what i found out all by myself:

1. Whatever your game is, make sure it's archived in WinRAR.
2. Then open up that game and open up the EBOOT.PBP file with WinRAR (other programs have trouble opening it up)
3. The computer will think for a few seconds and then show you a list of giberash (that's a good thing).
4. On the top paragraph you'll see many things but after "...SYSTEM Version Title" you'll see nine letters and numbers combined together. It can start with UC... or S... or anything. This will most likely be the only set of nine numbers.
5. This is your folder name, make a new on in GAMES, and then extract the EBOOT.PBP.
6. Give it a shot, it might work, but if it doesn't, you'll need hombrew in the previous versions, and then upgrade your HOMEBREW (not the sony update, homebrew has a seperate update).

You might think that I have no life writing this much, but I sympathize with you enough to give you a detailed explanation.

Do i need a frimware or Devhook .51 or something to play it?
I want to keep v1.5 so i can play all the games so i will just delete that game.

3.03OE-C is the best fireware u can have in ur psp untill now!!!it plays all the game of 1.5(i mean homebrews and so on)and also the iso/cso games like u downloaded nfscarbon!!!u dont need to delete anygame dude just go upgrade!!!
disadvantages of 1.5 r like u need devhook to play iso(which u'll get in lots of trouble)and so on!!!but in 3.03OE-C u only put the iso file in ur memorystick ISO folder and play tht all u need to do!!!Belive me its very much easy and less hassale then using 1.5!!!!!and u(almost) wont loss any compitibility of 1.5 stuff!!!!!
*edited*anyways if u dicide not to upgrade then just find/download devhook and install it in ur psp then put the downloaded nfsc to iso folder in ur memorystick !!!goodluck!!!
if u ever decide to upgrade to the custom fireware then here is the link http://www.psp-hacks.com/2007/01/25/cust...-oe-c-released/ !!!!

my psp life-1.5>(from demo UMD)2.00>2.01>2.5>2.6>2.7>2.71>2.8>1.5>3.02OE-A>OE-B>3.03OE-A>OE-A`>OE-B>3.03OE-C>3.10OE-A>A`>3.52 M33>3.71 M33-2 oh yeah coool!!!!

Quote:
Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME (as u r in fw 1.5). Copy also the 1.50 and 3.03 updaters with the names 150.PBP and 303.PBP.

this means u need to Rename the 1.50 EBOOT.PBP to 150.PBP

I'm just in the shadow here, but when was the last time they hacked firmware 3.3, and how long does it take to hack an firmware on average (what I'm asking is, is there an estimate on how long 3.10 is going to be hacked)

(for the downloaded iso games like nfsc.iso),make a folder named ISO in ur memory stick then copy tht nfsc.iso game to tht folder!!!!and the game should appear in the game-memorystick menu of ur psp!!!
(for game which r like EBOOT.PBP and KEYS.BIN)they should be copied to the memorystick PSP\GAME\{game name} folder!!!respectively!!! plse tell me u understood me or not!!!

my psp life-1.5>(from demo UMD)2.00>2.01>2.5>2.6>2.7>2.71>2.8>1.5>3.02OE-A>OE-B>3.03OE-A>OE-A`>OE-B>3.03OE-C>3.10OE-A>A`>3.52 M33>3.71 M33-2 oh yeah coool!!!!

"BLAH" is a folder, the eboot goes inside that

and yeah the .cso is fine

pretty much all games work, which doesn't? it could be a bad rip.
