DVD Shrink ASPI....

When I startup DVD Shrink, it starts doing the process of reading the DVD. At about 75%, the Process gets an error: Failure to read from ASPI device. What does this mean?

Have you got your ASPI layers installed? These arent installed with XP or 2000 naturally. You have to download them from adaptec.

I've never had this problem before, and I have windows ME. It's just with this movie... Will it still burn up to where it gets the error? If it does, then I won't hvave some extras, but still the movie so, I'd burn it. Thanks!

Strange. Try using DVD Decrypter to rip it and then load the fies back into to DVD Shrink to compress if needed! Try looking about here:
