Shrink not create ISO? Please

When I Shrink a Decrypted ISO. file, it has always created another smaller ISO. great! ready to burn.
Now it makes only does VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1 files. I checked my settings?
What am I doing wrong-HELP

You probably have Shrink to back up to your Hard Disk Folder. Simply change that in the drop down box to ISO Image File.
