just unzip the patch to the same dir as your .iso and run it, it'll do all the work for you, all you have to do is burn the resulting .iso

ok iam lost whats patch for ? iam on step 3 cddvdgen with sux because dos program witch i keep getting
16 bit sub system error?
so i have made my image used isbuster and extracted the files is there any other way to make iso?
ok i did what you said i ran patch in same folder as my orignel image..it came up with same 16 bit sub system error ..but it did make 7 files ..so now if burn image it should work?

the patch that I'm so graciously hosting does the same thing as that cd/dvd gen tutorial. Just unzip to same dir as your iso, run it, go take a walk and grab something to eat, by the time you get back, you'll have a new iso to burn

yes by the way thank you very much for you time and hosting ...what about 16 bit sub system error because i run xp pro ..i got those 7 files but i try running they come then bam disappear,,,

sorry man, I have no idea what's causing the 16 bit subsystem error, it runs fine on my box and I'm running xp pro as well

i still cant get thsi game to work with my ps2.
im using swap magic 3.3 and ive just burn the fixed iso to verbatim dvd-r and when i put it into my ps2 i get 'not a valid ps2 disc' everytime.
Can someone help me?

btw, that patch works like a charm! I finally got the new iso burnt and it plays just like my original!

must be bad media then. I've used ritek from day one w/o a single coaster :)

either that or its a corrupted file. matchbox there is another link on page 4 the bottom on a step by step turtorial. i just read it, you can't go wrong from there. it maybe longer, but it worked for somebody else. i also tried the patch like wulfie and it worked fine. i now have 2 working backups from the tutorial and the patch.

im going out now to get another type of media and trying it. i will try the fixed iso, if not then i will try it the way the tutorial did it but when i tried burning before the ps2 never read the disc??

OK i got it...
Aminon, that's exactly how i did my 1st copy but the game freezes.
Anyway, I managed to make 2 good back ups without a glitch using cheapy GQ DVD+R (25pcs for a buck) after rebates. For some reasons, the games freezes if I use Nero6.3 but works just fine if I use DVD Decrypter. Nero is giving me 1,935MB while DVD Decrypter is only 1.88GB for the same iso file.
Guess you got to have patience about the links posted earlier on this thread. That's where I got my utilities and awesome instructions. I say, sometimes it works but most of the time NO. Good Luck

theken...you are suppose to get a 1.88 gb file.
and you can't burn that to cd-r..its a dvd ps2 game. something went wrong there
