F.E.A.R is amazing game. my computer has to play it on almost all low settings like oblivion (whihc lags when i fight). im also on AGP, but it's decent. it has lasted me for years and years (ati radeon 9700 pro).
no i'm not getting extended warranty. the one that comes with it is fine. i still have the orignal first batch/set of ps2s that came out and it works great.

@alafossb is it really that good?I have heard that geez maybe I should give it a littile more play time.I'm playing tomb raider legend right now but may switch over to fear.
@anubis that's a great looking deal.It has the
16 pipelines
gddr3
higher memorey clock
NVIDIA CineFX 4.0 Engine
NVIDIA Intellisample 4.0 Technology
But most importantly the memory interface is 256bit,you have to be carfule because alot try to trick you into a 256mb card with only a 128bit memory interface.I can tell you know what your doing.That card will smoke anything.When you get it let me know ,so I can pm you my guide for games.

@tycobb ya, i don't play it very much because my computer can't handle its bad a settings, but i play with two of my friends sometimes and we'll be up till 3 am playing it. i'll replay the same part and level 3 times and its different everytime. the ai work together and do stuff to counter you. challenging games like that are great. my friend told me the ending was really awesome as well. how is tomb raider legends? im a fan of the oringal first two games.

Tomb raider legend is the best in the series. It's enjoyable too. But tycobb dont bother switching over to F.E.A.R again because tomb raider legend is a shotrt game. And when I say short I mean short. I beat the game in less then 6 hours. But it's fun while it lats. But you should relaly play F.E.A.R to the end it's really good.

I agree with face I think tomb raider legend is the best tomb raider ever.In fact I always hated tomb raider until this release.It is awesome give it a go I promise you won't be disappointed.It supports gamepads for the pc as well.

ill just wait a little like the psp to get cheaper
look psp sold at about £250 when it came out
now cost £150 im getting one soon now
im going to buy xbox 360 soon as well
why spend a lot when you might not like it
like i go game cube and its crap i wasted all my birhday money on it

Well why get a 360 i know you're not going to like it? What does it have huh? So far since it's out i would buy a $400 ps2 over the 360. Not to metion when ps3 comes out. Waist of money!? You haven't even seen it yet. I've seen a wait of money, that peice M$ vomit thats being lapped up. I tell you Japanese gamers know best.
B4 you say M$ hater sony, fanboy look at my tags I'm a proud owner of a great system called xbox. If something were to go wrong with it I would rather buy a new one over than to get a 360. Why? It was rushed, the games were rushed and it's all half assed. Even Halo3 is gonna be the crap that sony scrapes off their shoe (if it comes out before 2008)

i agree. they rushed it. it had lots of potential, i was even thinking about getting one and a ps3. when i found out theylacked a next gen dvd, had a chinsy controller, an online service in need of a little revamping, lower graphics, nothing special at all, and nothing really next gen whatsoever, i decided it sucks bawls.

I will prolly have abudget of $6,000..I'm going to get any game that comes out for ps3,$1,500 for just ps3 stuff...And as many controlers as the thing can handle..And any accessory that can come is possible for it..lol I have been waiting for this up coming day for about 4 years....Been saving up..All that lawn mowing...Lol Anyone wanna have ps3 party at my house..lol..And the rest of the money out of that $6,000 is for a new HDTV..With any kids gaming desire built into it....The biggest Tv I can get..Put it right in my room on one side of my room..lol ohh and i'm going to get surround sound in my room..lol I have been waiting for this..$6,000 thats alot for jsut some intertainment..O well..I'm ready..I am going to get my TV this coming Monday..Hoo RAAYYY

all im saying is wait for the price to drop a bit
when i wanted the game cube it sounded great my mate edward count shut up about the thing
so i whent out got it it was crap
the games are very kiddy nothing good it lost the war against ps2 and xbox
my self i love xbox and the ps2
i like xbox more
then theres 360 vs ps3
now the ps3 wins
becuase of the xbug the xbox 360 was full of bugs
like a well known bug was the blue dot
you would play a game and get a heck load of bug dots
there for i wount buy it i also heard it has a problem with over heating
and it was rushed to be relased
and yes i seen the bugs with my own eyes in front of a real 360
so there for ps3 is the winner for bug less
but i stil wont spend big on it like i only get £10 a month its hard for me to get that kinda money
in my mind these companys dont think about the people like me who cant spend out big
