Checked FAQ's didnot find anything helpful.

I'm getting an Error DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Failed to read File "L:\"
Copy Protection Error - The Read Failed Because the sector is encryted.

I have no problem copying and burning DVD's with my desktop(Windows XP SP2)or laptop(Windows Vista). The problem is using an External HP DVDWriter 940d USB. I have and use AnyDVD v6.1.3.6, DVD Shink V3.2.0.15, DVD Decrtpter v3.5.4.0 and DVD43.

have you tryed dvdfab decrypter http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DVDFab_Decrypter see if this will help....:)

dvdchick is right. Shrink hasn't been supported for a long time now and there are copy protections now that it can't bypass. Even with DVDFab Decrypter the files need extra processing with a program like FixVTS. RI4M lost support, but is still capable of handling the new copy protections to date. It's the program I rely on for the hard jobs. Click Here if you want to check it out. Read the short install guide first.
