downloading DVD shrink

When i try to download DVD Shrink, i get an error message that says"Access to the specified device, path or file is denied" This message occurs whether I open file from current location or save file to disk and try to open later. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Where are you downloading it from? You can get it from here at aD - link.
It's a zip file - save the file to your disk.
You can open it with something like WinZIP, WinRAR etc.

Thanks you so much. Your advice worked perfectly. I downloaded WinZIP and the DVD Shrink works now.
