I will be going to hong kong soon, and i just thought of purchasing a ps3 while out there, just a few questions,

in hk is it PAL or NTSC or both?

will my hk ps3 play uk ps2 games (original not backups)

The hong kong firmware seems to be the only one worldwide that allows both NTSC and PAL playback.

I live in the UK and have a US PS3, would love to play all my PAL DVDs on my PS3 now that it upscales...but I'm not brave enough to download and install the Hong Kong firmware to see if it works.

Has anyone tried this?
