My tv sux. does that mean i won't be able to play ps3 on it? they always talk about 1080i or something. i think my tv is somewhere between 27-32" but it's not plasma. :( i wish.

If its a standard TV, you wont benefit from the hi-res output of the PS3 .
So it wont look half as good.

It works and doesn't look stupid or anything, but it doesn't look anything like an HDTV. Sadly, I have to use a standard t.v. I'm looking into getting an HDTV though.

Yep, your as well upgrading your TV, if your going for PS3.
But as in some cases, not everyone can afford to do this.
