I am getting this message when I put the movie in the open the file.

"DVD shrink has encountered a error and cannot continue Failed to read file "E:\"

I am very new to burning movies and need help. I will try any advise that it offered.

first rip the dvd to your HD with DVDFab HD then use shrink

BTW, what is the dvd you are copying and does it have a lot of scratches?
