DVD shrink error message

With DVD Shrink 3.2 version, i am sometimes getting an error message 20% thr' the encoding process while burning a DVD. It says: unable to read the Disc E.Is there a software to correct this? Any help is appreciated.

how the disc look scratched or dirty? what movie
you could rip to hd then use shrink.
a good ripper.
