i tried shrinking gow2 iso but it keeps saying invalid dvd navigation structure.

DVD Shrink only compresses movies not games.

The best way to compress games is to make all the games files compressed either using WinRAR or WinACE or WinZIP and they compress then just burn to CD or DVD.
