downloading DVD Shrink

I am having problems downloading DVD Shrink from this site i havent any other problems downloading from anywhere else. i will go through the sequence;

1. I click Download
2. I have to click try again then
3. I then have a choice to OPEN SAVE CANCEL Dvd shrink setup. If I chose OPEN nothing happens if I chose Save it takes about 2 - 3 minutes and it is downloading the setup exe onto my computer. Then nothing else happens, i went into the setup exe which is installed on my computer and it says "The compressed ( zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted."

It may be a small thing but your help will be much appreciated as i have wreked my brain on this subject.

I always choose SAVE not OPEN when I download a program so I have a backup of it in case I ever have to re-install the program. Like Ripit4me for example, I chose save instead of open and then installed from the executable file on the HD.
