I can confirm the price cut next week
heres how

i was just in circuit city and the manager whos lookin at e-mail goes
"holy shit, guys come here"
(staff walks over)
"guys i just recieved a email that the ps3 will have a price drop next week
so we will be holding most ps3s in the back
and tell any of your customers lookin for ps3 that they should try back next week"
so i guess the leaked ad was true

It will be interesting to see if this actually happens. I've seen the Circuit City add but I've also read the articles where Sony's president adamantly says there will be no price cut. Oh well I got my 60GB for 500 dollars anyway, gotta love ebay.
