I have a question, what does invalad navagation structure mean, I wanted to backup one of my disks using only DVD Shrink to remove the encriptions and compress it and I got that message. It did that several times am I missing something with DVD Shrink, I removed it from my program and reinstalled it to my program its the 3.2 version, can someone help.

that means that shrink cant handle the copy protection of that dvd, seeing that shrink has not been updated for 3+ years, so simple solution is...
Rip dvd to HDD first then use shirnk
You can rip with DVDFab HD

PS. a quick search and you would have found a fix sooner.

Use DVDFabDecrypter on the disk to remove encryption, then use Shrink on the output folder or image if you have to.

Insert disk, run program, select 'Main Movie'
Save to a folder or an image.
