URGENT! Shrink will not Compress

Don't know what happened but DVD Shrink will not compress any of my DVD's anymore. I have tried both Automatic and Custon settings.
I have uninstaled, rebooted and reinstalled the program but nothing helps.
I have tried resetting preferences for both custom and automatic but that doesn't do any good either.
I am trying to backup Schindlers List and it is stuck on 73.5%.
I have used Shrink for sometome now and never had a problem like this.
Can anyone please help me?

Try ripping with DVDFab, it's free and updated, unlike shrink:(

It just freezes at that point? Is it the disc that's the problem? You can check by trying another program. It may not be Shrink.
