every time i use the analysis mode in dvd shrink it causes my computer to crash. i get a blue screen saying dumping physical memory to disk. i've tried using version 2.3 as well as 3.0 beta and have the same problem with both. does any one have any idea what is causing it and how to fix it?

What specs does your PC have. It may be a Ram problem or hard drive issue.

Patient: Hey Doc....it hurts when I do this.
Doc: Well...don't do that.

Sorry....a little comic relief.

Unselect the deep analysis mode.

There is no problem so big, that a brick placed against the proper skull cannot fix =)

thanks for the help guys.

i'm using windows 2000.

deep analysis mode is not selected in 3.0 beta, just the default analysis mode that starts up when you open a disk or a file. and as far as i can tell shrink 2.3 doesn't have a deep analysis mode.

i don't know if this will help but, i have found that if i rip the files to the hd using SmartRipper and ifo edit i can use the analysis mode with no problems. i would like to eleminate these two steps if possible.
thanks again for the help.
