I had no problems before but now shrink locks up while encoding , uninstall and reinstall didnt help , recently i added another stick of ram which is ddr512-400 legend , but my other stick is ddr512-400 kingmax , would adding ram cause shrink to fail?

It does not matter what movie it is , it refuses to encode anything any more , just thought maybe the ram was a problem , everything else runs great. I use decrypter 3.5 and recently installed DVDFab Decrypter 3.0.9.6
I fixed the problem , turns out i had bumped a IDE lead and caused it to be slightly unseated when installing ram , that drive was only for dvd ripping which is why every thing else was fine. All is good now.
