Hi, I finally finished my new pc that I want to use to back-up my movie, music and video collections, and the problem is I backed-up the first movie right, no problem, so I inserted the second one and nothing DVD Shrink says there is no disk, so I opened "My Computer" right clicked the DVD drive (G) and it says full disk with 0 kbs.
Not even the system recognizes any DVD or CD (with music), there is no problem with the originals it can read them and play them but not the ones recorded...
Any ideas?

I notice that sometimes people post the system info if you need that, could someone tell me how to get and I'll...

PS. Thanks for any advice....

what brand of blank media are you using? good brands to use are Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim also burn NO faster than 8x max.

make sure your firmware for your drive is the most up to date ,check here

Hi, thanks again, I think that's not the problem, like I said:
"and the problem is I backed-up the first movie right, no problem, so I inserted the second one and nothing DVD Shrink says there is no disk, so I opened "My Computer" right clicked the DVD drive (G) and it says full disk with 0 kbs.
Not even the system recognizes any DVD or CD (with music), there is no problem with the originals it can read them and play them but not the ones recorded..." I already backed-up the first movie using DVD Shrink, and after that the sys would not read any backed-up DVDs or CDs, and that's the problem, and I do not know what to do...
Any ideas?

Maybe, how can I make sure there's nothing wrong with the movies that I already backed-up, I used DVD Shrink 3.2, DVDDecrypter, DVDFab-Decrypter, FixVTS, RipIt4Me, VobBlanker, AnyDVD, etc.
But I also think that something happened to my comp when I backed-up the first movie...

I'm sorry that I kind of lost everybody about my problem, let me start again, ok?
I just finish building a new computer, that want too used to back-up all my movies, music and videos. I installed DVD Shrink on it to back-up the movies; so I can edit them (cut the trailers, menus etc), so I backed-up the first movie, with no problems, right? Then I inserted the second movie; here is where the problem begins. DVD Shrink says there is no disk, so I opened the folder "My Computer" and right clicked the drive where I inserted the movie (G), and it says full disk, and it says that the size of it is 0kb, 0kb used, and 0kb free, this is a backed-up movie, I can not play / watch any movie that is not an original. If I insert an original movie I can play it, and I can see the size of it and the used part of the disk, but only if is an original, none of my backed-up movies will play or show any info.
I hope now I explained myself correctly and some body can help me to fix it.
