ps3 cant play movies from pc

i have set up my ps3 to play windows media files from my pc but could only play music files, when i try to play movies or video clips it keeps coming up THERE ARE NO TITLES. i was wondering do i have to create titles for my videos as they are not originals, be grateful for any help thnx.

Well for the videos they are suppose to be in the Videos folder. But i recommend TVersity it so much better.

i havent used TVersity but i found Nero MediaHome much easier and useful. just add the files/folders you want to share and start the server.

I've tried both and i prefer Nero, but Tversity is just as good and seems to be the norm.

Netflix just made it to where you can stream movies from the internet to the pc. Is it possible to redirect this stream to my ps3 through nero or tversity?
