trouble gettin songs on ps3 off usb stick

finally got a ps3 n its amazing but cant get songs on ma ps3 off usb stick. its showing up but saying there are no songs on it.same with pictures

Do u have internet, if u have wireless just use the Media Server. I Recommend TVersity.

Try hitting triangle and hit display all. I had to do that, if that doesn't work then I don't know whats wrong.

maybe you don't have the songs in the proper format?

i haven't got a ps3 but thats what could be causing it, if the ps3 doesn't support certain formats.

Here's a list of audio formats the PS3 supports:

ATRAC, AAC, MP3, and WAV.

Next time make a folder called MUSIC on your stick, place your tunes in there and the PS3 wil pick it up no bother.
