ERROR WITH DVD SHRINK

I KEEP GETTING THIS ERROR MESSAGE WITH DVD SHRINK. INVALAD DVD NAVAGATION STRUCTURE. I THINK THE PROBLEM MAY BE THE DVD43 NOT WORKING. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY IM GETTING THIS MESSAGE !

Uninstall DVD43, it sucks:(

Download and install DVDFab (it's free), let it do the ripping, then let shrink complete the backup.
