Hi Again, I have since discovered that the DVD Shrink thatI tried to download, and didn't, is a fake.....which one is the REAL one? I feel rather uncomfortable that the fakes have my name and email address, am I likely to have probs there? Hope not.....anyway, I still need to download the proper Shrink...from where?? is the one on Afterdawn OK? all I'm getting is a blank page...I need a break!!!!
Help please...

Right click the zipped folder and select "Extract All". That will open the "Welcome to the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard".
You can also just double click it to open in Windows Explorer.

XP Home and Vista should open them the same way.
Good luck!

no problem, glad to help; ps whilst Shrink is a great program, it stopped being updated (re movie encryptions) long ago, so usually needs some help on the encryptoin side of things with new movies; my recommendation is the awesome (and very frequently updated) DVDFab HD Decrypter - http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm
it's dead easy to use (full disc mode and movie only mode are all i personally use in DVDFab) then you can use DVD Shrink as normal after pointing Shrink to the files output by DVDFab

I would stick with the TY's and Verbs as suggested and also add Imgburn to your inventory for burning.
