DVD shrink shuts off help!

up until a week ago (when a neighbor used my computer) i was able to shrink and burn dvds, now when i hit backup, it closes the program. i have uninstalled and reinstalled it with no luck. any suggestions?

Be sure to use the DVD Shrink uninstaller in the DVD Shrink folder.

Try going back to an earlier OS restore point.

Have you cleaned and defragged your hard drive since the "neighbor" used it?
Uninstall Shrink.
Use the cleaner that comes with windows system tools (or the free CCleaner which is better IMHO).
Run your anti-virus program to ensure your "neighbor" didnt get into anything.
Also try Spybot and see if it finds anything.
Then defragment your hard drive, that is in windows system tools also.
Reinstall and tell us if it fixes anything.

Thanks. I did the CCleaner route, uninstall and reinstall and it worked. For the record, it really was the Marine that lives down stairs. Thanks!
