Need help? I have a US PS3 using UK Store......

I have a USA PS3 using in the UK using UK Store and when i tray to buy any game, i just insert my bank detail then my address then i submet, the this letter show up it says:

The credit cad information is not valid

Please check your entries carefully

By the way itrayd more then card even mastercard still didnt work, i can download any free games or movies or wallpapers.

It's because you are using a ps3 thats not in your region.

And how do you know i meen there are some guys i know in the UK have a UK VER and they are using US store there must me some thing there sould be a way to solve this problem.

If any wan had or heard from some please tell how to solve this problem..
