Hey all,
I have just recently upgraded to vista ultimate. I currently have all the latest updated softwares: nero 8, dvd shrink, dvd decrypter and ripit4me.

I decrypt my dvd movies into isos too. I have no errors until i pop the dvd into my dvd player. It starts at a random chapter. I have also tried to use it on other dvd players and it does the same error. Moreover, the dvd only works properly in my dvdrom of the computer.

Has anyone encounter the same problem? Please leave some feedback. Anything will help.

I personally believe its the iso process which messes up the chapters.

What brand and type of blank media are you using?
At what speed are you burning?
Is your burner firmware up to date?
Do your burned disks have menus?

It sounds as though you are getting bad quality burns.

Use good quality media like Verbatim and Made in Japan labeled media by Sony and Fuji or Taiyo Tuden online. Burn at 1/2 the rated speed of the media. Keep your burner firmware up to date. Don't multitask while burning. If you're burning with Nero, try ImgBurn instead.
