DVD Shrink shuts off before backup

Okay, I go through the process up to the point of clicking on the backup, then an hour glass comes on and then the whole program disappears. What can I do to get it to backup the disk?

Which movie are you doing? Only doing this on one?
Could be that Shrink can't handle the copy protection.
Rip w/ DVDFab HD Decrypter 1st then open those file in Shrink.
